Fanny Inserra is not responsible for any damage, loss, delivery delays caused by the Post Office services themselves.
For all products shipped outside the European Union, customs fees and local taxes will be at the expense of the recipient.

Return & right of withdrawal
In compliance with the existing legislation, you have the possibility to return any product ordered on the site fannyinserra.com dans within 30 days of the delivery date, in its original condition and packaging, at your expense.
The products must be returned in perfect condition and complete (accessories, guarantee…) with the invoice reminding the customer’s contact details as well as his desire to receive a refund or an exchange. Upon receipt of your return, we inspect it and inform you of the status of your refund.
